There is so much to be said for this approach. We live on our screened porch in the summer, having it makes our house so much larger. We would prefer to have a open air rear veranda like those found in the Smith & Hawken catalogs but in Michigan we have to deal with mosquitoes. I especially enjoy being out there during a gentle rain storm.

I'm in Chicago often visiting family... I will make it a point to swing by and check this out... thanks for the lead.
